Ramp test
Every wheelchair produced by Intco Medical needs to go through a climbing test (slope of 8-9 degrees) to test the motor power and braking capacity, and to detect whether the product has insufficient motor power, deviation on uphill slopes, or insufficiency in braking on slopes. Strictly control product quality inspection. -
Silent room test
The test project’s maximum speed, speed value parameters are adjusted according to customer requirements, to check whether there is noise exceeding the standard or abnormal sounds during driving. The national standard noise level must be below 65dB. Intco Medical’s internal standard requires that the product noise must be less than 60dB to be considered qualified, strictly controlling product quality. -
Fatigue test
To ensure the durability and safety of our wheelchair products, our Wheelchairs undergo a fatigue test involving 6666 consecutive drops. Utilizing a mechanical lifting arm device, the wheelchair is raised to a height of 5cm, simulating potential bumps encountered during actual usage. Subsequently, weights of 136kg and 150kg are placed on the wheelchair separately, simulating usage conditions for users of different body weights. This is conducted to assess wheelchair performance under extreme load conditions. Throughout the entire testing period, we ensure that the wheelchair withstands 6666 continuous repetitions of loading without any occurrence of part detachment or frame fractures.
