Validation And Testing

Strict verification and testing system

We have a comprehensive verification and testing system, from product prototype to mass production of each link, are strictly verified and tested.By simulating various use cases and extreme conditions, we ensure the stability, safety and reliability of our products. This series of verification and testing sessions is the key to delivering high quality products to our customers.

Products tested(Partial display)

Products pass a variety of rigorous tests

Ramp test, silent room, fatigue test, drop test, brake test, static strength test

  • Ramp test

    Ramp test

Every wheelchair produced by Intco Medical goes through a climbing test on an 8-9 degree slope to verify motor power and braking capacity, and to detect insufficient motor output, uphill deviation, or weak slope braking. This keeps product quality inspection under strict control.

  • Silent room test

    Silent room test

Maximum speed and speed parameters are adjusted according to customer requirements while checking whether driving noise exceeds the standard or abnormal sounds occur. The national noise standard must be below 65 dB, while Intco Medical requires product noise below 60 dB for qualification.

  • Fatigue test

    Fatigue test

To verify durability and safety, wheelchair products undergo a fatigue test with 6666 consecutive drops. A mechanical lifting arm raises the wheelchair to 5 cm to simulate real-use bumps, with 136 kg and 150 kg loads tested separately. The product must complete all 6666 load cycles without part detachment or frame fracture.
